In case of wrong delivered product, please download and fill in our return form (here). Then, send us back the wrong delivered product along with the return form duly filled in (you can also choose to send us an unequivocal written statement), according to the return instructions provided in the form. You have up to 14 days following the delivery of your order to inform us of a wrong delivered product. Please note that you will need to return the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and sealed (if applicable).

Delivery upon departure from Charleroi airport is ensured in our shops by IDF teams. Packages delivered through other methods are delivered by Kariboo! or PostNL.
