STEP 1: Search & Browse for items

    Search and browse for items and choose through more than five thousand products, your favorite duty free products at exclusively duty free prices. 

STEP 2: Add an item to the shopping cart


    Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, you will be requested to give as much information on your flight as possible.

STEP 3: Choose your preferred delivery method

     You may choose a different delivery method depending on the departure or arrival airport. 


Pick-up at departure 

Select the “Pick-up at departure” option and save time by easily and quickly collecting your order in one of our shops at the airport! 
All the practical information regarding the pick-up point of your order will be presented to you while you place an order online and will be written on the order confirmation. On the day of your flight, your purchases will be waiting for you at the checkout dedicated to our web shop’s clients. Show your confirmation order and your boarding pass to our staff members, and they will give you your order. 
This service is available for all passengers holding a valid ticket for a flight departing from Brussels South Charleroi Airport. 

Pick-up at arrival 

Treat yourself with something from our web shop and travel light thanks to the “Pick-up at arrival” option that will allow you to collect your purchases when you arrive in Belgium! 
Your order will wait for you on the day of your arrival in Belgium in one of the shops of Brussels South Charleroi airport. All the practical information regarding the pick-up point of your order will be presented to you while you place an order online and will be written on the order confirmation. Go to the collect point of your order, with your identity card and easily and quickly collect your order. 
Your flight is delayed? Your plans have changed? No problem, your order will be available during 14 days at the pick-up point of your airport.  
This service is available for all passengers holding a ticket for a flight arriving at Brussels South Charleroi airport.
 

Pick-up downtown 

Treat yourself with something from our web shop and travel light thanks to the “Pick-up downtown” option that will allow you to collect your purchases near your home when you arrive in Belgium!
When you purchase online, select the most convenient pick-up point (around 750 Kariboo! pick-up points are available all over Belgium). All the practical information regarding the pick-up point of your order will be presented to you while you place an order online and will be written on the order confirmation. You will also receive a note by email informing you that your order is available, with all the required practical information. 
Your order will be available on the day of your arrival in Belgium at the pick-up point of your choice during 14 days. Go to the pick-up point with your identity card so you can quickly and easily collect your purchases.  
This service is available for all passengers holding a ticket for a flight arriving at the following Belgian Airports: Zaventem, Charleroi, Antwerp, Liège and Ostend.

Home delivery 

Treat yourself with something from our web shop and travel light thanks to the “Home delivery” service offered by IDF! 
When you purchase online, select the “Home delivery” option and fill in your delivery address (this address must be located in Belgium). 
Your order will be delivered at the indicated address, at the earliest on the day following your arrival in Belgium. If no one is present when the delivery agent comes to deliver your order, the delivery agent will:
  • Try to deliver your order to a neighbour and leave a note at your home. 
  • Deliver the order at a Kariboo! pick-up point close to the address that you indicated and leave a note at your home (the order will then be available during 14 days at this pick-up point). 
This service is available for all passengers holding a ticket for a flight arriving at the following Belgian Airports: Zaventem, Charleroi, Antwerp, Liège and Ostend.

STEP 4: Proceed to check out & Make Payment

    Once you have confirmed your order, please provide all flight references (flight date and number, airline, booking reference, etc.) and any information necessary for the delivery of your items (invoicing details, pick-up point or delivery address, etc.). You can decide to create an IDF client number or pay as a guest in our online shop. Our site accepts the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and V Pay. ATOS Worldwide processes all transactions. 

STEP 5: Confirmation 

    After payment, an order confirmation detailing your order and delivery information will be sent to you via email.
